The famous Orleans County thirst quencher from the 1800’s. I changed it up a little with Hurd Orchard’s delicious raspberry vinegar, but other than that, this recipe has been around for centuries.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups sugar
½ cup raspberry vinegar
½ tsp ground ginger
4 quarts of water

Stir and serve over ice.
