Barbeque Ranch Chicken Wraps and Spicy Potato Wedges

Busy families need a yummy and quick sports night solution. These are the nights when my daughter, Raine, calls me a good cook, and I have to correct her… I’m a good shopper! Working in Brockport, I take advantage of the prepared food at Wegmans and scoot my cart around the store with purpose, picking up all the fixings for barbeque ranch chicken wraps.

Wrap Ingredients:

Jalapeno Cheddar Tortilla Wraps
Shredded Mexican Cheese
Prepared Chicken Fingers from the Wegmans Prepared Food, diced
Romaine lettuce mix
Tomato, diced
Ranch dressing
BBQ sauce

Place tortilla on plate and place generous helping of Mexican cheese. Warm in microwave until cheese melts. Layer chicken, lettuce mix, and tomatoes. Lightly drizzle Ranch and BBQ sauce. Wrap and slice.

Spicy Potato Wedges Ingredients:

Six Russet Potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
¼ Cup Wegmans Basting Oil
¼ Cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Salt
½ tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder

Shake all the ingredients and spread potatoes on (foil down) cookie sheet and bake at 400’ for sixty minutes.
